Hi Jatin,
I am an academician and i feel educational institutions through students could participate in financial literacy.
What do you think about Mobile-Financial literacy.
Involving students in financial literacy (FL)and use of mobiles for spread of financial literacy are two different topics .Yes Inculcating financial literacy at a tender age through school curriculum is a nice idea. But this has its own limitations reasons for which are beyond the scope of discussion here.
Regarding use of mobiles for FL, There are some experiments going on, the recent one is Grameen Foundation doing a pilot in Kampala- Uganda and Opportunity Banks has done in African countries like Malawi.
